A Dover physician is accused of fondling patients.

Attorney General Beau Biden has moved to revoke Dr. Jerome Abrams' license immediately on what he calls serious and disturbing allegations.

Biden's complaint alleges Abrams fondled five women during physical exams at the Dover Family Physicians office between 2005 and this year.

Abrams is no longer employed at the Dover area practice.
