Wilmington police are looking for a man who robbed a
real estate office at knifepoint.

Police say officers arrived A.C. Emsley & Associates Realtors at 12 S. Union Street around 1:45 Friday afternoon after a man armed with a knife entered the office and demanded cash from an employee.

The employee turned over cash and suspect fled, but not before he took a phone receiver too.

The suspect is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, 135 pounds, with black curly hair pulled into a short pony tail. He also had a goatee and long eyelashes and was last seen wearing a red shirt with white sleeves that may have been a sports jersey.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact Wilmington Police or Delaware CrimeStoppers.
