A new sculpture of an angel holding a wounded soldier has been unveiled at Dover Air Force Base.

The bronze sculpture was unveiled Monday near a meditation garden on the base. The $40,000 sculpture is called "The Angel and the Dying Unknown."

The sculpture was donated by the New York-based Newington-Cropsey Foundation. It was sculpted by Greg Wyatt, the director of the foundation's Academy of Art.
