Two New Castle men cuffed in break ins
By Peter MacArthur

Two men are under arrest in connection with a number of break ins in New Castle recently.

Police say 34 year old Francis Quill of New Castle and 33 year old Michael Quill, also of New Castle, are the suspects in the theft of construction equipment and other items.

They say Michael Quill broke in to Greggo and Ferrara on June 7th, and Francis Quill got inside Saf Guard Safety Shoe in New Castle the day prior.

In a follow up probe, both men were implicated in several other burglaries.

Michael Quill was arrested on Monday in the Howard Young Prison, where he's being held on separate charges.

Francis Quill was cuffed at his home. He's now in Howard Young on 30 thousand dollars bail.
