Another casualty of the relentless heat in Delaware is being reported by DHSS.

The Department of Health and Social Services reports a 95-year-old New Castle woman was found unresponsive and pronounced dead in her home Sunday.

According to the Medical Examiner, heat exposure was a factor in the elderly woman's death, which is being ruled accidental.

She is the third heat-related death in the state.

A 55-year-old man and an 87-year-old woman, both of New Castle County, also succumbed to the heat last week.
