KentCo men sentenced in brazen bank robbery, shootout

Two Kent County man will spend the rest of their lives behind bars for a brazen bank robbery.

In August of 2011, William Sells and Russell Grimes robbed the Felton branch of the First National Bank of Wyoming and then engaged in a 16-mile car chase and shootout with police through Kent County. At least three police cruisers were hit in the chase, but no one was hurt.

Sells was sentenced to 96 years in prison while Grimes will be in prison for 64 years.
