A police car is damaged as a 62-year-old Wilmington man is arrested for his 5th DUI offense.

State Police received a call shortly after 10:00 p.m. Monday of a car crossing all of the lanes and the median on Kennett Pike in Greenville.

Troopers tried to stop Manuel Hernandez-Raya's Chevy Cavalier, but he kept driving.

When officers eventually stopped him on North Dupont Road, Hernandez-Raya put his hands in the air, and his car rolled backwards into the Trooper's vehicle.

Hernandez-Raya is being held without bail, facing DUI charges, and several other traffic violations.
