Delaware cites crabber for pots in bay tributary
By Associated Press

Fish and Wildlife Enforcement agents have cited a commercial crabber for illegally setting pots in a tributary of the Delaware Bay.

State officials say 35-year-old Steven Marvel of Dover was cited last week for crabbing in Simons River near Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge, a prohibited area.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control says commercial crabbers can only catch crabs for commercial purposes from the Delaware Bay, Delaware River and Roy's Creek south of Fenwick Island Ditch. Other waters are off-limits.
