Four teams start high school football season tonight
By Don Voltz

Four teams get the honor of starting the 2013 high school football season tonight in Delaware...one game upstate and one downstate.

Laurel will host St. Georges Tech tonight in a game you can hear on WDEL.

The Hawks were undefeated last year in the regular season but were upset in the first round of the playoffs by Archmere.

Laurel, 4-6 last year, is switching from a double tight end, run-oriented offense, to a spread, read-option offense this season.

You can hear the St. Georges Tech-Laurel game on WDEL starting at 7:05.

In the other game, Appoquinimink hosts Woodbridge.
