County Executive Tom Gordon issued a new policy that affects general managers and other executive branch appointees.
Gordon says work needs to be accomplished regardless of the time it takes, and that his senior leaders need to lead by example.
Chief Administrative Officer David Grimaldi says the County Executive wants to ensure that the value of taxpayer dollars is maximized.
