Daring daybreak armed hold up in Wilmington
By Peter MacArthur

A woman taking her daughter and a friend to a bus stop in Wilmington Friday morning was held up.

The 51 year old victim had the two girls with her, ages 14 and 15, on the 700 block of West 10th Street at about 6 am.

She was about to get into her car when a man came out of an alleyway with a handgun and demanded her property.

He got the woman's cell phone and the girl's backpacks.

The suspect is a light-skinned man in his early twenties, about 5'7", with a ski mask covering his face.
