Man arrested after Del. pedestrian is robbed

State police have arrested a man they say punched a pedestrian and stole his cellphone in Wilmington.

It happened about 5 p.m. Sunday Maryland Avenue. Troopers say a man approached another man from behind, punched him, took his cellphone and ran away.

Authorities say a trooper to whom the crime was reported located a suspect and arrested him.

Tarrance Dunn of Wilmington has been charged with robbery.
