Joe Irizarry reports from our sister station, Delaware 105.9.
David Arthur of the Delaware Sports Commission will be making the presentation about the tournament that is set to return December 27 through the 29 in 2014.
It will once again be at Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes, and Priority Sports, a national marketing company, will manage all of the event operations.
The original tournament was founded in 1990, and it was suspended in 2004 several years before Bobby Jacobs, who funded the tournament, was arrested on charges he skimmed thousands of dollars from the tournament.
Sussex County Council's meeting gets underway today at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
