A Wilmington woman is charged with her fourth DUI after colliding with another vehicle on Concord Pike Friday night.

State police say they found that 46-year-old Kimberly Mauk was driving under the influence of alcohol, when Mauk drove a Honda Odyssey directly in the path of a 2005 Honda Accord.

The two vehicles collided at the intersection of Fairfax Boulevard around 6:49 pm.

The male driving the Accord was sent to Christiana Hospital Trauma Center with non-life threatening injuries. A 35-year-old female passenger was admitted in critical condition. Two other passengers were treated for minor injuries.

Troopers continue to investigate this crash.
