Gas prices hold steady, but the year's best is yet to come.

According to Triple A Mid Atlantic the cost of fueling up in Delaware was largely unchanged last week.

Spokeswomann Jana Tidwell says strong supply, flat demand and the cheaper winter gas blends all factor into the price stability.

She says that if the price of crude falls below $100 a barrel gas prices could approach $3 a gallon by Christmas.
