2 charged with setting off explosive devices
By Associated Press

The State Fire Marshal's office says two Dover men have been charged with setting off homemade explosive devices in a department store in Camden.

Authorities say the devices went off in two restrooms in a Wal-Mart on Sept. 21. There were no injuries, and little damage to the restrooms.

Authorities arrested 21-year-old Malcolm Casson and 20-year-old Bradford Husfelt last week. They are each charged with manufacturing and use of an explosive device and other offenses.
