Both Brown and his female customer were then taken into custody.

The woman had bought seven bags of heroin, Brown had another 22 bags of heroin on his person, as well as $800 cash.

A search of Brown's home on the 2400 block of Silverside Road turned up eight more bags of heroin.

State Police say the Governor's Task Force had conducted surveillance on Brown after suspecting him of selling heroin.
