Wilm. attorney Joe Gabay
A prominent Wilmington attorney whose license was suspended following sexual harassment charges has been placed on disability inactive status.

The state Supreme Court says Joe Gabay is prohibited from practicing law in the First State until he's re-instated to active status.

The 55-year-old attorney was arrested in his Market Street law office in March for allegedly offering legal services in exchange for sexual favors to at least two women last year.

The Delaware Supreme Court's Office of Disciplinary Counsel says Gabay had already been suspended in March 2013 for professional misconduct.
