Howard's Chaz Sydnor caught four touchdowns in the Wildcats' 32-16 win over visiting Brandywine Thursday night.

Wildcat quarterback Earnest Austin threw for five touchdowns with three coming in the first half and two in the second. The first four of those went to Sydnor who capitalized on one-on-one coverage with the last going to tight end Brian Wright.

Brandywine made a game of it in the third quarter as Tyrezz Walker took a hand-off and battled his way for the 15-yard touchdown to cut the Howard lead to two scores. The Bulldog offense would fizzle until late in the fourth when Sayvon Willis threw up a pass that was batted into the air by Howard, but caught by Paul Groome for the touchdown. It would be too late though as the Wildcats ran off the rest of the clock to improve to 6-3 on the season.

Brandywine's 4th straight loss dropped them to 4-5.
