Extradition for the man accused in the rape and murder of a Millsboro mother of three has been delayed, AGAIN.

WMDT-TV is reporting that a judge last week ordered Mathew Burton's extradition be held until this Friday, with a hearing set for Thursday. Burton's attorneys filed a motion for an immediate stay last Thursday.

Burton is charged in Delaware with two counts of first degree murder and rape in Nicole Bennett's death.

State Police say that while Bennett’s body was found in Maryland in June 2012, the crimes were committed in the First State at the church in Gumboro where they both worked. Bennett had been listed as a missing person after she failed to return home from work at the Bay Shore Community Church; her car was still in the church parking lot and her personal belongings still locked inside.

DNA evidence tied Burton to the murder.
