duPont Hospital temporarily bans young visitors
By Carl Kanefsky

In order to protect its patients during flu season, the Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children is restricting young visitors.

No in-patient visitors under the age of ten are allowed in the hospital.

Hospital officials say they'll continue monitoring the flu in the area, and make additional recommendations as necessary to protect our patients from viruses.

The restrictions do not apply to the hospital emergency department or other outpatient areas.
