St. Elizabeth High School will be honoring long-time football coach and athletic director Joe Hemphill, who is retiring January 30th.

Hemphill finished his 42nd year as head coach of the Vikings this season and has been athletic director for 41 years.

The school is holding a celebration in honor of Hemphill at the St. E. Center from 12 noon until 2pm on Sunday, December 15th.

All are invited, including friends, co-workers, former players and others.

However, if you plan on attending, the school asks that you contact Michele Kleinhomer at mkleinhomer@sehs.org by Wednesday, December 11th.

Also, for football and gold alums, if you want to send a memory or congratulatory message to Hemphill, send that no later than Friday, December 6th to mkleinhomer@sehs.org.
