Power has been fully restored to the Christiana Mall.

As much as 70 percent of the complex has been without electricity since Wednesday morning, but many stores like Target, Macy's and Microsoft stayed open.

Delmarva Power estimated the lights would come back on at 5 p.m., but full restoration didn't come until a bit later at 5:45 p.m.

This is the the second time the mall has gone dark in recent weeks. The mall also lost power on Black Friday.
