State troopers are looking for a man and woman who robbed a 21-year-old man from New Castle at a motel in Claymont.

It happened around 4:40 p.m. on Wednesday in the parking lot outside the Riverview Motel, located at 7811 Gov. Printz Blvd.

Police say the victim was sitting in his car when he was approached by a man who was armed with a gun.

The suspect ordered the man out of the vehicle and demanded property, but the victim resisted and was shocked with a stun gun during a struggle.

The victim was ordered back into his car and the robber and a woman got into the car and took the man's wallet, cash, and other personal items.

The victim suffered a minor head injury in the robbery.
