By Associated Press

State Police have arrested a man and three juveniles in the beating and robbery of a 16-year-old in Camden.

It happened Thursday afternoon in the parking lot at Wal-Mart. Troopers say the teenager was approached by an acquaintance and walked with him. Authorities say two other acquaintances joined them until the group reached bushes and a fence.

Troopers say the three began to punch the teen and demanded money. Officers say two of the youths brandished handguns.

The teen gave the youths money and they fled in a nearby car.

The teen went back to the parking lot and told a police officer what had happened.

A 19-year-old man and three youths ages 15, 16 and 17, were arrested and charged in the incident.
