The bomb squad is standing down after reports of a suspicious package in Wilmington.

Police say someone left a brown suitcase at the corner of West 4th and North Adams Street, but it was empty.

Police shutdown traffic on the 200 and 300 blocks of North Adams Street as they investigated the situation, but have since re-opened the roadway.
