A Philadelphia man is arrested on drug charges by the Governor's Task Force near New Castle Monday night.

Kevin Quinn was allegedly pulled over for speeding on Route 13 near Christiana Road when officers say they saw pot in plain view on the floor of the car.

Officers say they found more than two pounds of marijuana stashed in Quinn's socks and his trunk along with $5,000 in suspected drug money.

Quinn was charged with possession and released on $4,000 bail.
