Wilmington police say officers arrested two teenage boys early Sunday after the pair was caught driving a stolen car that had a gun inside.

Police say a patrol officer spotted the teens driving a stolen Hyundai Sante Fe in the 2800 of Northeast Boulevard about 3 a.m. and pulled the vehicle over. Police say there was a handgun in the car.

Officers took the teens into custody.

Both boys were arraigned at JP Court 20 and committed to New Castle County Detention Center on secured bond.
