A man whose job is to enforce the law is charged with 4th-degree rape for allegedly sexually assaulting a teenager.

County Police say 34-year-old Daniel Simmons of Wilmington, a Deputy Attorney General in Delaware's Justice Department, met the 16-year-old victim using the Grindr social media app.
