JPMorgan Chase closes on deal for AstraZeneca property

JPMorgan Chase closes on a deal to buy a piece of AstraZeneca's south campus along Concord Pike.

The 58-acre portion of land, located at 1800Concord Pike, will employ several thousand.

JPMorgan hopes to occupy the new buildings early next year.

In a written statement, Governor Markell says the financial industry, and in large part, JP Morgan Chase, have played an important role in job growth in Delaware.
