Two arson cases, two arrests
State Fire Marshal's deputies have arrested a man and a woman in seperate arson cases.
Jacavis Stanford is accused of setting 2 fires in an apartment in the Greentree
complex in Claymont around 1 Thursday morning.
The apartment's occupants put the fires out and damage was minor.
Brandywine Country Club employee Sunny Liang is charged with setting a fire on the
first floor of the club on Shipley Road last Friday night.
The fire spread from the first floor to the attic before the building's sprinkler
system activated.
Stanford's being held at the Howard Young Prison and Liang is out on bail, both
facing arson and reckless endangerment charges
