State police arrest a Dover man they say was exposing himself to employees at a nearby business.

Troopers went to a dental office on Wolf Creek Boulevard Tuesday at 7:45 a.m. after several female employees reported that a man was walking around his backyard nude and masturbating.

The women told police this was the second time it had happened, the last being on June 30th. The employees were able to identify the subject as 56-year-old Gregory Kotzar through a business card he had given the office a few months ago when it first opened.

Kotzar was taken into custody at his home and was charged with two counts of lewdness and four counts of indecent exposure. He was arraigned and released on $4,000 unsecured bond.
