A Dover woman accused of robbing a Target store also landed behind bars after struggling with police officers.

Thirty-six year old Sonia Scott was stopped by a worker at the store on John Hunn Brown Road Thursday night.

She had allegedly put several items of clothing in her purse and tried to walk out without paying.

Scott is accused of pushing that worker several times and of giving police a hard time, too.

Officers found a claw hammer in the small of Scott's back.

She was sent to the Baylor Women's Correctional Facility on $6,000 bail.
