State police say a man and a teenaged boy were shot during a party near Seaford early Saturday morning, and whoever pulled the trigger is still at large.

Troopers went to a house on Ponds End Road around 2:30 a.m. after a 911 call reporting a loud party, and after the officers left, another 911 call came in saying shots had been fired and two people had been hit.

A 17-year-old boy from Laurel who'd been shot in the face was taken to Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in a private car--he was airlifted to Christiana Hospital, where he's in stable condition.

A 23-year-old Seaford man was treated and released from Nanticoke Memorial for a wound to his hand.

The shooter is still on the loose.
