Local pundit slams Obama for lack of anti- ISIS strategy

A longtime political observer and pollster apparently doesn't think much of President Obama's strategy, or lack thereof, for dealing with ISIS terrorists.

Franklin and Marshall University's Doctor Terry Madonna tells WDEL's Delaware News at Noon he can't put his finger on why Mr. Obama doesn't have a plan.

"This is a President, clearly, that has no policy that he's been able to articulate to the American people--maybe he doesn't have any at all--I don't know if it's the reticence to do it, or just the inability to grapple with these problems."

Madonna says the President should be meeting with America's allies to come up with strategies for fighting the terrorists.
