Local Bear business robbed

A Bear nail salon was robbed at knife point Friday afternoon.
At around 4 pm Friday, a man enter The Nail Salon in the 700 block of Pulaski Highway
in Bear and confronted three employees and customers.
The employees and patrons ran to the back of the store when the man threatened them
and demanded money.
The suspect took money from the cash register and fled toward the back of the
business.
No one was hurt in the incident.
The suspect is described as a black man around 6'0 tall, 165 to 175 lbs with a thin
build and a light complexion. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, light blue
jeans, black sneakers, sunglasses, with a camouflage bandana covering his face.
Anyone with information is asked to contact State Police or Crimestoppers.
