Could Hillary be Obama's running mate in 2012?
Could Joe Biden be replaced by Hillary Clinton on the Democratic ticket in 2012? Two veteran Washington-watchers weigh in.
Responding to rumors fueled by journalist Bob Woodward in a recent appearance on CNN,
Peter Grier with the Christian Science Monitor tells WDEL News a Biden-for-Clinton swap
could be a way for the DNC to try to win back working-class white voters.
Saint Louis University law prof Joel Goldstein says the thing to keep in mind about
the rumors is, they're just that.
Grier also discounts the possibility of a swap, saying it would "smack of panic" for
President Obama to do it.
