Man gets 40 years in prison for kid porn

A New Castle man will spend 30 years behind bars for taking and sharing pornographic photos and videos of children.

William Phillips was also sentenced Wednesday in US District Court to 10 years of supervised release, and will be required to register as a sex offender when his prison term is over.

Phillips was arrested in 2007 after an online investigation by County Police, who confiscated a computer and several CD's with inappropriate images of kids.
