Stimulus site lists 6 Congressional districts in DE

Congressman Castle gives the benefit of the doubt for mistakes on the federal stimulus-tracking website, but says some of the flubs are surprising.
Castle says the mistake that sticks out in his mind on recovery.gov is that it lists six Congressional districts in Delaware,
when the state has only ever had one.
Castle says that brings into question what other mistakes may be overlooked, and the
legitimacy of the White House's efforts at making its proceedings more transparent.
He adds his other concerns are that the Obama administration isn't making it
attractive for small businesses to expand, and isn't focused on long-term job growth.
