Winegar announces State House bid

A Newark-area banker's announced his bid for the 25th District seat in the state House of Representatives representing the Newark-area.
Republican Gordon Winegar says his platform includes cutting taxes and eliminating
wasteful spending.
He announced his candidacy at the Newark Senior Center this week. He'll face
incumbent Democrat John Kowalko.
