Gov. highlights State Fair in weekly speech

| Governor Jack Markell | On the last day of the Delaware State Fair, Governor Markell highlights it in his weekly address.
In the speech, broadcast on WDEL, Markell recounted legislative accomplishments,
including a measure he signed into law this week. Audio Here
Markell also touted the Fair as an annual celebration of "some of what's best about
being a Delawarean".
