Two charged with stealing credit cards, bilking woman

State Police are looking two suspects they say used an unsuspecting woman's credit cards to buy thousands of dollars worth of gift cards at 2 WalMart stores.







Police say the suspects were able to take the victim's credit cards from her purse as she ate at the Cracker Barrel restaurant in Elkton last Thursday morning.

The suspects then bought the gift cards at the WalMart's in Elkton and New Castle.

Police say the suspects are black, the woman being 35 to 45 years old, between 5-8 and 5-10 with a large build, wearing a scarf on her head and a black winter coat.

The man is also 35 to 45, 5-10 to 6-2 with an average build, wearing glasses, a baseball cap, black winter coat and blue jeans.

They were last seen getting into a dark-colored car, possibly a 3-series BMW.
