Roy Oswalt has waived his no-trade clause and has been dealt to the Philadelphia Phillies.

Houston will receive pitcher J.A. Happ and two prospects from the Phillies. MLB.com is reporting those players are outfielder Anthony Gose and shortstop Jonathan Villar.

ESPN's Jayson Stark also says the financial terms that will address the $23 million remaining on Oswalt's contract have been agreed to as well.

The 32-year-old Oswalt was 6-12 despite a 3.24 ERA for Houston. He could pitch as early as Friday Night, which was Happ's turn in the rotation.
