By Don Voltz 8:19am, October 9, 2012For the second straight week, Delaware has dropped 8 spots in the Sports Network top 25 poll after a resounding loss.
The Blue Hens are now barely in the top 25, sitting at number 24 following a 26-3 loss to Maine on Saturday.
The week before, Delaware dropped from 8 to 16 after getting routed by New Hampshire.
Delaware has this week off before resuming play October 20th against winless Rhode Island.
Defending national champ North Dakota State picked up all but three first place votes and remains number one, followed by Montana State, Old Dominion and James Madison.
New Hampshire and Towson out of the CAA are also in the top 25, as well as future CAA member Stony Brook.
