Gov. MarkellGovernor Markell shakes up his cabinet with appointments to the judiciary.
He's nominated Correction Commissioner Carl Danberg to be a Court of Common Pleas judge.
Danberg has come under harsh criticism for lax record keeping at the inmate day labor program at Sussex Correctional Institute.
Vivian Raposelli, cabinet secretary for the state Kids Department, has been nominated for a Superior Court judgeship.
Markell also nominated Delaware Justice Department veteran Paul Wallace for a Superior Court judgeship as well.
The appointments are subject to approval from the state Senate.
