By Jim Hilgen 8:45am, April 7, 2013 - Updated 12:35pm, April 7, 2013Gas prices continue to retreat as the summer driving season approaches.
Delaware motorists saw the price at the pump fall four cents to an average of $3.49 at week's end.

She says some analysts believe a brief spike may be in the offing, but gas prices should remain well below last year's spring high of $3.94 a gallon.
