Laurel's Jarrett Johnson caught the ball and ran it in for the games first touchdown. Bulldogs took the lead 7 - 0.
Vikings answered back with a hand off fro Quarter Back, Brendan McCloskey, to Joe Schiavoni for the second touchdown of the night. But, the Vikings couldn't capitalize on the extra point, leaving the Bulldogs up 1 and the score at 7 - 6.
Laurel ran into penalty trouble early in the game and allowed St. Elizabeth to take advantage.
Khaadim Rider makes a run for St. Elizabeth, but a illegal block by his teammate, Robert Furlong , sent them back 15 yards.
Quarterback, Brendan McCloskey, chose the option and score for his team, making the score 12 - 7 with 1:55 left in the half.
Johnson scored another touchdown for Laurel to put the game at 13 - 12. Laurel's field goal attempt was a success, putting them up at half time by 2.
Halftime Score: 14 - 12
With 4:16 left in the 3rd quarter, Vikings score putting them up 18 - 14 going into the 4th.
St. Elizabeth began to pull away after QB, McCloskey threw to Joey Carrow to score another 6 points.
This took the score to 24 - 14.
Johnson tried to rally his Bulldogs with a touchdown to bring the score to 24 - 21 Vikings. But the Bulldogs would not score again.
St. Elizabeth would score two more times to make the final score 38 - 21.
