The opening round game of the Diamond State Classic came down to the final minutes as the visiting Rams led 60-59 with 2:30 remaining when Robinson was able to force a steal, and converted the fast break into a layup and a one-point lead.
Robinson then helped seal the game by converting all four free-throws in a pair of one-and-one situations to help build the lead late. Macy finished with a game-high 23 including 9-for-11 at the line.
St. Elizabeth led 26-23 at halftime and then 38-32 following an Alana Speaks steal and Jordyn Humes jumper.
Central Dauphin's Tori Lesko then responded with a pair of steals and layups as part of a 10-0 run to turn the game around to 42-38 Rams. Alexis Hartwick finished out the 3rd quarter with a three-pointer giving them a 45-44 lead after 3.
Two of Gabby Julian's five 3-pointers for St. Elizabeth helped keep the game going back-and-forth until Robinson's 6 points at the end of the game determined the outcome.
Julian and Speaks each had 15 for St. Elizabeth, who advanced to face Hoover (Oh.) in the main draw semifinals Sunday at 5:45pm.
Shatara Parson's 18 points weren't enough for Central Dauphin, who will battle Couer d'Alane (Idaho) Sunday at 2:15 in a consolation semifinal.
