Photo courtesy of AccuWeather. This latest snowfall we're expecting Tuesday into Wednesday won't be too bad, according to AccuWeather meteorologist Joe Lundberg.
Lungberg says a storm coming through the Midwest ad Ohio Valley will bring the bulk of the moisture late tomorrow and tomorrow night.
"There's also going to be this coastal storm that will form off the northeast coast of Florida later tonight, and then work its way northeastward, paralleling the coastline of the Carolinas tomorrow, and then tomorrow night that thing just explodes deeply off the Mid-Atlantic coast, and it will help to squeeze out the last of the moisture. When all is said and done, a slushy inch or two of snow can accumulate, but a lot of that's going to be on the grassy surfaces and not so much on the roadways until under maybe the cover of darkness tomorrow night, and even then it won't be much," Lundberg says.
We'll have a warm-up toward the end of this week.
