A woman whom police say ran down two people, killing one, in Dover, has been charged with vehicular homicide.

32 year old Simone Fassett is accused of striking 35 year old Antron Raisin and another man with her SUV after the victims fought with her boyfriend on Friday.

Fassett fled the scene on East Water Street. Raisin was taken to the hospital and died of his injuries.

Fassett also faces an assault charge. Police say her boyfriend, Andre Singletary threatened one of the victims with a knife and was charged with Possession of Deadly Weapon During Commission of Felony, Aggravated Menacing, Reckless Endangering and Possession of Deadly Weapon by Person Prohibited
